I've really appreciated that https://t.co/c0iVzeDmhb has been very unapologetically "not-k8s" from the beginning and stuck with that. They've just been chugging along doing their thing and making their customers happy.
@nilansaha We have a few customers running Bare Metal from Hetzner on https://t.co/v2eGarhNE2 recently we've been looking to migrate them to Cherry or Latitude, though. Latency seems fine it's the customer support that is falling apart IMO.
@alkadaemon If youre in the evaluation phase, https://t.co/pVgHpQ3HeR is a great option. The platform gives a Heroku-like experience with easy deploy options into your cloud of choice. happy to answer more questions!
@alexhooketh https://t.co/v2eGarhNE2 + Vultr's VMs = ❤️ may be worth checking out, we provide a nice PaaS-like experience to manage VMs/VPSes so you can get the best of both worlds
@piotrpliszko https://t.co/v2eGarhNE2 is a good option for those who want to maintain control over infrastructure but dont care to get into low level DevOps decisions. We cater to those who just want to ship good code fast. Happy to answer any questions
@shu_building@DigitalBlkHippy https://t.co/v2eGarhNE2 is a great option if you want an simple experience with easy deploy options into whatever cloud or bare metal provider you're comfortable with. Happy to answer more questions!
@budivoogt@vedadsose Would love to show you, @CyclePlatform We give a Heroku like experience with easy deploy options into your cloud of choice, so vulnerabilities like that at Railway aren't a problem here
@_swanson If you're still in exploration mode, @CyclePlatform could be a good option. Byoinfra, takes care of everything else, i.e., Routing, Scheduler/cron, Console / SSH / one-off runs, "Building a container image", Env var management, Custom ACM certs and more!
@esotericmeans Better would be a tough statement. Most of Canada's bottom six could work into the top of Finland's. Luckier, more heart, better goalie, maybe? Definitely won't be winning much if you park the bus after 2 goals. Shots after the goals were virtually 0
Heroku is transitioning to a sustaining engineering model focused on stability, security, reliability, and support. Heroku remains an actively supported, production-ready platform, with an emphasis on maintaining quality and operational excellence rather than introducing new features. We know changes like this can raise questions, and we want to be clear about what this means for customers.
There is no change for customers using Heroku today. Customers who pay via credit card in the Heroku dashboard—both existing and new—can continue to use Heroku with no changes to pricing, billing, service, or day-to-day usage. Core platform functionality, including applications, pipelines, teams, and add-ons, is unaffected, and customers can continue to rely on Heroku for their production, business-critical workloads.
Enterprise Account contracts will no longer be offered to new customers. Existing Enterprise subscriptions and support contracts will continue to be fully honored and may renew as usual.
Why this change
We’re focusing our product and engineering investments on areas where we can deliver the greatest long-term customer value, including helping organizations build and deploy enterprise-grade AI in a secure and trusted way.

@johnmurch Are you looking to switch from Heroku? Not sure if youre looking for other options out there but @CyclePlatform is provider agnostic, could be a great option if Im interpreting your tweet properly.
