@AmazonHelp I've been in contact with your support team since June 16 trying to cancel an order which for some reason cannot be shipped. Each time I'm told to wait 48hours with no reply. A direct violation of EU consumer rights to refunds in a timely manner @CCPCIreland

@AmazonHelp Sold and fulfilled directly by amazon. I am told the issue has been raised with the fulfillment centre on June 16 still no cancellation still no money back. EU consumer rights say I should have money returned no more than 14 days after cancellation request It has now been 18 day
