@srg444 @BillAckman @realDonaldTrump He's used this as a chance to bring all friendly parties to the table to negotiate tariffs. They've done so. China stood their ground and formally cemented their status as a foe. Trump doubled down on their tariff. I'm not sure they view this as blinking.
