@orthotraumamd @orthobullets If there is any residual motion either rotational or translational after fusion of the MTC. Will stabilize intercuneiform and NC instability which I have a difficult time sussing out. I think it also helps to further close down the IMA and helps to get a spot weld at 1/2

@orthobullets Similar case I did with met adductus and dislocated 2nd MTP. Was able to push the 2nd and 3rd over by stabilizing the medial column.
