The Prince and Princess are taking part in a game of goalball, a visually impaired Paralympic sport, for the second instalment of the practical element. They are being guided by Great Britain coach Alex Bunney and athletes Caleb Nanevie, Lois Turner and Matt Loftus. Their Royal Highnesses have been blindfolded, to replicate the visually impaired conditions of goalball, as they attempt to score past the goalball athletes. The sport has to be played in silence to hear the ball which has a bell inside itโฆ.The Princess excelled!

Delighted to join forces with @marmite ahead of the Ashes this summer. Had a lot of fun shooting this with The Marmy Army.
What do you think of my new song โ love it or hate it? I think I love itโฆ

Yet again Spurs have failed to turn up in an important match, ending any hope of silverware yet again for another season. Sub-standard performances all over the pitch against a Championship side ravaged by illness, yet wanted it more.
Tottenham Hotspur. Rinse and Repeat.
There was a Norfolk Senior Cup exit for @AFCEmneth last night - but it was a big night in the spotlight for the high-flying Senior A outfit.

We crash out of the Norfolk Senior County Cup to @The_Yachtsmen. They really showed their class on and off the pitch tonight! Good luck in the rest of the competition ๐ต๐ก
