Pay the Traders! @Topstep I got hit with the live email right before requesting my payout from 4 50k xfa account. I contacted the support regarding the payout. I am happy to delete it if you guys resolve the issue. No one from support reach out so I have to post here.

This is my first post on X. I don't want to complain and create drama! I have never posted anything bad or flex payout before but looks like Prop firm are changing day by day. I don't want beef with any prop firm. just pay the fair share please!
Trading is already hard don't make it harder guys!
I was so excited to request a payout today and waited patiently at the end of the day to be eligible but at 4:08pm CST I got "welcome to the big leagues" email.
I was able to request it after 4:10 pm CST in last payout. It's got that you been call up live but not good as you are so invested and your time and money both gone while moving live that I need to forfeit 14k of the profit. I am only getting 10k of live capital as it was stated in the email. It is only worth it after approving this payout and out of 12k remaining profit you move 10k on live so in that way I am happy to loose 2k.

If you guys want to called live then do it after 1st set of apporval don't wait until end of the day on 3rd days of consistency to hit with the live mail. That is unacceptable. Not every trader's life is of luxury and you already dream of many thing with that payout. Hopefully you guys understand that! @MichaelPatak Please have a look and fix it!

Let me request my Payout!! @Topstep Don't waste the time please. called me live 2min before requesting 12k on payout and now I have to forfeit it just for moving Live? Nah, That is not happening until you guys fixed this payout button.
If you are moving Traders live they should be happy for whatever they achieved and recognized for it not frustrated like this!
