"The land of the free" - Freedom used to exist in a location, England, Australia, America.. Now it exists amongst a bunch of nomadic whack jobs in cyberspace who refuse to accept shit governments and will go wherever that takes them.
Disagree.
Sometimes it's best to be 'hot' and secure the best man, even if he won't commit.
Sometimes it's best to be more selective and only accept a men willing to commit.
There's a reason woman have evolved to do both.
We've been living in a world where the former was better. But now, the supply of men able to thrive in the world we are in is in such short supply, the needle has shifted, so that now it's optimal to see more and more behaviours associated with the latter
The winner will be the one who gets through all of this with the most leverage and avoids getting liquidated.
But it's worth remembering:
"You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain"
The debt based financial system is a crime against humanity and your goal must be to destroy it, not proliferate it.
The way a lot of people talk about manipulation in the silver market is really erroneous imo..
They talk about it as if the big banks have built these really big paper short positions and they're desperately trying to suppress the price so they can close them.
How can you suppress the price and close the short positions at the same time?
I think the same people that own the banks are stacking physical in a separate entity. The plan with the banks is just to continually short silver/gold, so they can stack in their separate entity at lower prices. When the eventual default happens as the banks have been swimming naked, their separate entity is protected and the tax payer will bail out the banks or they'll just let them go under and all the people who bought the paper contracts get defaulted on.
This is the only explanation in which all the motivations line up to me.. or am I missing something?
2 hrs of lost sleep per night for 5 nights in a row can result in a 10-15 reduction in your effective IQ.
This is what I was, and what most of the population is operating under.. imagine the difference in your life outcome with a 10-15 point boost in IQ?!? that's without even considering all the other benefits of a good night's sleep.
Beginning to recognise making 'getting rich' the first priority in my adult life was one of the biggest mistakes I've made.
The primary goal of my adult life should have been optimising my health.
This is the genesis of your ability to think clearly, and is the foundation of all other goals.
I think you're talking about me.. the peak was actually about $30m if you include all the withdrawals.
Gave a good chunk back in the last week though. Need to work on staying disciplined when the times are good.
Grateful would be an understatement. Your mentoring has transformed me in a multitude of ways - far more than just financial.
The only way I feel I can repay you is to honour you by teaching as many people in my personal life about sound money and libertarian principles as possible.
Thank you.
men, 2026 is the time to get our shit together. the modern world has made human slop of us. fertility rates are down 62%. metabolic disease afflicts 35%. obesity has hit 40%. 63% are not having sex weekly. testosterone is dropping 1% every year. 42% over forty have erectile dysfunction. sexlessness has doubled to 24%. enough. fucking enough.
reject fast food, junk food, vaping, gambling, porn, nicotine, sleep deprivation, phone addiction, and excessive scrolling. these are your enemies. this is dopamine extraction. they are mining you for profit and leaving you weak and miserable. they are predators and you are their prey.
no, not just this once. no, not in moderation. no, it’s not living life. it’s suicidal and deranged behavior.
sleep. get jacked. eat well. set limits. be consistent. build the schedule. put on autopilot. don’t let your mind rationalize. replace inner weakness with systems strength.
don’t listen to other people’s criticisms. they’re projecting their own stuff onto you. straighten up. let it roll off of you. be great. be unabashedily you. maintain friendships with those who make you better. who inspires you to be your best self. do not continue to hang out with people who encourage debauchery.
maintain good posture. stand tall. get up from your desk and walk around, stretch, do light exercises.
do these things to reclaim your self respect. be a sovereign person. do not be owned by evil companies or influence. do not listen to the critics. build your life systems. make them habits. don’t let yourself talk you out of it. as you gain strength, it will require less energy to maintain.
I bought about $250k worth of put options in the NDQ (I’m really short US tech as a sector, rather than $TSLA specifically, and it’s much cheaper to buy put options on the ETF rather than individual names).
Will slowly increase my position size in that over the next few months. It is more of a hedging trade against a short term 2008 style liquidity crisis which brings down the rest of my portfolio though, as I think the real money is to be made in going long precious metals miners now, and then more broad commodity stocks later.
Also very short the US dollar, but haven’t shorted treasuries. They both go down together.
