Missed #ryanair flight to Pisa this morning due to chaos at #Stansted - baggage belts broken and queues 10x that of Disney. Now in an equally big queue for customer services @STN_Airport

Terrible service from @wickes once again today. This time only part of my order is delivered and now over a 2 week wait for the rest as 'not enough room on the lorry'. Contractors will have to be rearranged for the third time. Pathetic.
