🔥Gary Gensler: Resign🔥 Forbes Magazine Says “The SEC under the Gensler disrespects Congress and the courts and imperils investors and innovators. Gensler is leading himself and the SEC into ruin. He should resign now to avoid further damage” https://t.co/Lk6BESj5EY
Hey Gang!
I just had to come back and let you all know I just sold all my $ape and bought $sears. it was not a decision I made lightly, especially considering I haven't got my fking APE yet.
And that should tell you that APE is hard to get, and therefore valuable.
149 million AMC shares and 108 million APEs traded Monday on the NYSE. Exchange “halts” trading due to volatility, defined as a +/- 5% price change within a 5 minute period. If so, trading is stopped for a 5-minute pause. On Monday, AMC was halted 3 times, APE halted 10 times!
Writers for major financial news outlets either:
1) Have done NO research on AMC’s $APE, and do not understand it.
or
2) Are purposefully misleading readers on the reasoning for the “fall” today.
Both are equally terrifying.
Remember, with the APE seeing its first trade on the NYSE at some time tomorrow morning, the value of your AMC investment will be the combination of your AMC shares and your new APE units. An AMC share plus a new APE unit added together — compared to just an AMC share previously.
Our new AMC Preferred Equity starts trading on August 22 on the New York Stock Exchange, symbol is APE. It caused a whole new round of meme creativity. This one is just hysterical. I’m still laughing. By the way, Avatar 2 “The Way of Water” opens in December. A fabulous movie !!!
Three big things I dig about $APE
1. Opens up the opportunity to see if any shares are circulating that shouldn’t be
2. Opens up the opportunity for AMC to make $$ without needing to dilute stock
3. Gives back to retail for saving the company
