Building on our creative industry engagement initiative which started in May through productive collaborations with Yisakal Entertainment Addis Ababa and Bana Records Addis Ababa during 2025 AFRIMA Calendar Unveiling and Music Conference, held at the AU Secretariat Addis, Ababa Ethiopia, (May 13 & 14), the AFRIMA team led by @MizNiyi , the Chief Experience Officer, CXO, paid a visit to Sony Music Publishing Nigeria, led by Managing Director, @GodwinTom for strategic meeting.

The conversations were focused exploring pathways for collaboration and music industry.

Key highlights included:
•Presenting the AFRIMA 2025 Calendar and strategic initiatives.
•Discussing opportunities for Sony Music Publishing to actively participate in this year’s edition.
•Exploring artist engagement and artiste submission support for the 2025 AFRIMA currently on https://t.co/Rh4W6hGiYV
•Extending invitations to AFRIMA-supported industry events and strengthening ties with global music stakeholders.
