If I had spent my whole childhood being harrassed by police rather than just a small portion of it, I bet you I'd be violent or in prison or in a gang right now. Born a rebel. Instead I got to be a robotics captain in a well funded school.

I'm not trying to make a sarcastic joke, I'm legitametly asking because I want to know. Has anyone ever been to a redneck neighborhood with police helicopters and patrol cars constantly patrolling the neighborhood every day??
