We're kicking off a new eng team at @OpenAI led by @cadran_c. A great fit for ex-founders, Leverage Eng sits at the intersection of leading research, our business, and product, with the goal of accelerating every OpenAI employee and bringing us closer to our customers worldwide.
It would be wrong to prohibit LLMs in my case given that the django based coding task was largely written by prompting ChatGPT to create it in the first place!
My approach to dealing with this as hiring manager has been to adjust up the scale of the problem, and the instructions contain "You are welcome to use LLMs and other code generation tools, but be prepared to explain your design choices" - Showing GOOD use of LLMs is a plus!

Even when you can get past the (frankly) hot garbage that is the design, usability problems, and terrible search... Your pain is only just beginning, thanks to users of the platform.
Bonus aside: The profile allows arb. HTML and until last week when I told them, it had a class XSS vulnerability, allowing <script> tags and `onload` attributes meaning you could run arbitrary JS when someone visited your profile. They've fixed it now though.
