Opus 5 is reliably producing 10-20x larger files than 4.8 for skill mediated business outputs (creative briefs, copywriting, etc). And quality is way. Worse.

4.8 wrote ad copy variants a 5-10kb per output.

5.0 is writing 100-150kb for the same prompts. Absolute garbage.

@josh_wills Wtf mate. When did it get so bad. The document / output token bloat is insane. It's writing 5-10x more output for creative and admin tasks than 4.8.

It's unusable for business work because of the bloat and stupidity right now.

@MartinShkreli I struggle with this. I know many people in the DTC peptides space that are sprinting to 10m / month revenue with 30+% net margins.

That will fund A LOT of category / awareness growth in the next 12 months.
