If homes/businesses aren't aware of potentially dangerous levels of lead in their water and NI Water is aware, then its morally rephrensibale that they're not doing everything in their power to raise this message to the 1 in 4 homes affected here.

@bbcradioulster @consumerlinda @ZeroMythUK @niwnews @SturmTristan @UlsterLawClinic @MoneyPensionsUK Since the head of drinking water isn't sure of her own details - at least 25% of their communication pipes are lead and its at an estimated cost of £150m to replace, and NI water spends only £1m a year doing these replacements. Wonder how many schools built before 1970 have lead?

Was your house built pre-1970? Are the @niwnews pipes servicing your house lead? To check, a plastic toby outside your boundary is a good sign, a metal one isn't.
