@SkyeJethani PS- this is really annoying and the only reason I’m doing this via public tweet is bc there’s no other way to get in touch. I cancelled once and whomever “helped” me last time didn’t actually stop the payment
@SkyeJethani been trying to get help with With God Daily subscription issue but am having no luck with my account. Who can I contact? There’s no email or number on the site
@shane_pruitt78 All true, and I avoid many of those things in principle but I just wish we didn’t have to 💩 on a particular style of church to make the point. As many have said, it’s not either/or but and/both! Using those things doesn’t always = pragmatic idolatry 🤷🏻
@HolyPostPodcast Remnant Radio on YouTube does an in-depth look, including other examples where he and his church seem to clearly affirm that. I’ve been a fan in the past and taken his fuzzy statements with cautious optimism, but it’s hard to get around this one
@HolyPostPodcast listening to the Andy Stanley segment, I think you’ve missed (or maybe recorded before it came out) some of the further details, including pastors coming forward to say he’s been ‘affirming’ since 2019 + telling calling the church who doesn’t “weird”
@philvischer@SkyeJethani I see what you mean. I think there’s a difference in saying they don’t exist and choosing not to highlight sin and portray it positively. We shouldn’t be comfortable with that either, it’s just quite a murky line to toe. Thnx for replying btw!
@philvischer@SkyeJethani long time fan, first time tweeter: catching up on #HolyPost and am wondering why anyone viewing the Biblical sexual ethic as best for flourishing would want sinful relationships “represented” as healthy in media? What am I missing?
@creationswap why is it that when I try to contact you w issues ab my account sub for literally years I get little/no reply but when you can’t take my $ anymore you blow up my email. You’re the worst “Christian” service I’ve ever dealt w and you’ll never see another dime from me
@DrTom78@KrieSmie@mika_edmondson I don’t disagree with Mika’s main point but exegetically speaking those Matt. and Luke verses don’t fit. I do however think @jwood440 nailed it with his Isaiah reference. Don’t mean to split hairs, just don’t want to twist scripture even a little
