This really depends on SAH burden or intraventricular blood burden. How likely is hydro to develop based on the CT? While we don’t have a crystal ball, the likelihood of developing hydrocephalus should guide the practitioners choice to place the EVD prior to DAPT. #judgement

@TJUHNeurosurg To the pre medical students I tutor/mentor, my advice is enrich yourself in a few fields you can see yourself in. Go into MS focused. Passionate. If something else becomes more appealing, that’s okay! But MS is too much all the time if you don’t have a real passion. Good opp!
