Hey all! I won't be using this profile as much because I'm heading over to my new author twitter, the handle is @BenAdamsWrites My new website link is in the bio. On it are blog posts of how I got my agent and my query stats. Give me a follow! #amquerying#WritingCommunity
@makaylabryant88 This happened to me too. The best thing you can do is stay the course unless they ask for an R&R. Trust your writing and don't revise until your queries are "done" and you have some actionable notes. It worked out for me and I'm sure your pages are great! :)
I am thrilled to announce that I'm now represented by @CindyBirchLit of @BirchLiterary!!!!! I still can't believe it. All I can say is thank you to everyone who helped me achieve this life goal. THANK YOU!!! #amquerying#WritingCommunity
@Wisteraverse I put in mine: "Hey Agent!
Thank you for letting me resubmit my query to you! You will find my original query letter below and I hope you enjoy my new pages. I really appreciate the opportunity and your notes!
Thanks again!
Very successful writing conference #SDWW! Out of 7 agent pitches, I got two full requests and 4 partial requests for my new Middle Grade novel! ๐ #amquerying
Question: If an indie publisher makes me an offer, do I treat it as if an agent made me an offer? So then I would email all my interested agents and give them 2 weeks (3 weeks during the holidays) to decide if they also want to make an offer? Or is it different? #amquerying
