John Mbadi Ng'ongo has earned the right to speak with the grandiosity of a political colossus because he is one. Res ipsa loquitur. He trounced Zadock Syongo in 2007 clean. From the ODM class of 2007, Anyang' Nyong'o, James Orengo and Ochillo Ayacko are now Governors of their respective counties while Mbadi is the Cabinet Secretary of Treasury. The rest sank into political oblivion @JohnMbadiN
@TheDMVLive While driving by the scene earlier today, I tried so hard to explain to my 5 year old son what might have caused the vehicle to fly over the barrier

@WSJ@WSJopinion I have never seen any report by WSJ touting the US superiority over China in any sphere or segment. It is always how China is winning this and that and the US losing here and there.
@iMiaSanMia The EPL also has more money which means teams should be able to have more players in their roster in addition to kids from their youth team.

How many letters are too many? Judge Thacker writes that automated monthly statements and requested payoff docs don't violate the automatic stay or FDCPA when they include clear bankruptcy disclaimers. The 4th Cir. finds these are informational, not "debt collection." Read the full decision here: https://t.co/vyB3lTG8Nz

The body of Clinton Nyapara Mogesa, a Kenyan citizen born in 1997, was found at one of the positions of Russian forces, Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence reported.
Mogesa had lived and worked in Qatar before later signing a contract with the Russian armed forces and being sent to one of Russia’s assault units.
After only brief training, Mogesa was killed during a "meat assault" in Donetsk region.
Russians did not evacuate his body, and his family has received neither compensation nor any explanation from the Russian side.
The killed mercenary was also carrying passports belonging to two other Kenyan citizens - likely fellow recruits, whom Russia is preparing to send into future assaults.
