We reserved a car from Dollar in Las Vegas and were told there were no cars and 70 reservations.
This is unacceptable. I'll never rent from this poorly run company ever again.

@DollarCars Your company intentionally overbooked by 70 reservations. This was told to me by your rep at the LV University location. It's one thing to overbook by a couple of reservations but 70? There is an inherent problem with your company. This level of customer service is reprehensible

@DollarCars I appreciate you getting back to me but your "concern" doesn't help. We have a noncancellable Airbnb in Northern Arizona that we were supposed to drive from Las Vegas. We have to buy a last minute flight to PHX and rent there. Are you going to reimburse us the $440 we paid?
