@dhlexpressuk shockingly poor service. Waited in during the allotted delivery time and then had email to say delivery attempted and card left. Looked at the tracking and they didn't even go to time right address or even postcode area. Not happy at all as I needed this parcel

@dresserman I ended up working a 18 hour shift as a result of a bad visit from a idealist area manager! Busy alliance fuel site with an unrealistic staff budget for the site turnover. He waltzes in barking orders and then leaves saying he will be back later in the day and never returned. Dan
