Regarding the CHEN CONCERT TOUR <Arcadia> in JAKARTA ticketing:

Due to a technical issue with the ticketing site, ticket sales have been temporarily paused today and will be reopened on Friday, January 9 at 12:00 noon.

All successfully purchased tickets (Those who have received the e-ticket) will remain valid for the concert. For those who have completed their purchase via QRIS/Bank Transfer/E-Wallet but have not received their e-tickets, please email [email protected] with your transaction details. The ticketing team will contact you within 24 hours.
