When you are middle class, you will pay every type of tax out there.
Right from direct, indirect, reservation, environment, surcharge, capital gains, tripe toll, vehicle upgrade, stress tax-- you name it!
I did the same.
In a dog-eat-dog world, this is how it works.

Over time, I realized that your goal should be to move towards better systems-- that help you live better.
Every single improvement you make on this front, exponentially improves your quality of life.
Let me give you an example: when you leave a toxic job, you get mental peace. Your health improves. The benefits are infinite.
Sure, you can stay in your toxic job. Try and change your boss, your firm. Chances are you will lose your mental peace more. Go ahead, try.
You're not here to appease anyone.
You're here to live your life.
Live it well.
A happy selfish person still spreads happiness. And, explores his potential.
An idealist, frustrated person, eventually becomes a Whatsapp uncle.
Just telling you the truth.
I have seen some ppl quoting nothing phone 4a with discounts at 26k in India, but when I check Flipkart max card discount is 1600.
So it works out to about Rs 30.4k with card discount, not 26k, wanted to get the real pricing discount info right before I finish my review.
And, this would be a major shift that will happen in our lifetime.

Does CRED think everyone is a fool?
Do people pay them ₹200 for shipping?
When was the last time you got a Real Gift or Cash back?
Screenshots from the @CRED_club Rewards section show a reward from @themomsco, only to realize later that they got to pay a shipping fee.
Today I earned Rs 5000.
I had to give 30% to the Government as tax.
I thought of buying some caffeinated beverages from the remaining money & had to give 28% as tax.
I realized I am working 12 hrs a day just to pay 50%+ of my income to the Government.
