@VassosA Just finished listening to Running up that Hill. It’s my second time around having read the book last year. In the meantime I have run a 10k, trail half and the London marathon. Quite simply, what an amazing book. So much content, so inspiring.Thank you 🙏

@PaulHobrough Hi Paul. Your advice and first book really helped me. Just got Expert Guide to Stretching. Gr8 book, lots of info but not sure where to start for a general prog of stretching; expected to see a table of suggested weekly exercises. Can u help?

[Ben Beasley @benbeasley]

[Ben Beasley @benbeasley]

@VassosA Thanks for your amazing book, my bible taking me upto my 1st London last weekend. But now what do I do?! How do you maintain 26.2 miles of fitness? That should be you next book, “How to run your second marathon”

Welsh Gov has chosen not to publicise this news. Why is that, @WGEnviroAgri ?

@NatWest_Help Hi. My daughter is 16 and has a bat west account. She wants a 2nd account to keep her school and personal money separate and transfer money between the 2? Can she apply for this via the app and what’s the best account?

[Chris Packham @ChrisGPackham]

Today , maybe a hundred , maybe more men in tweeds have been out on our burned and barren moors killing grouse . They did so at a terrible cost , the lives of millions of animals including some of our rarest and most beautiful birds . Help change it here https://t.co/LC0bqFic4a

Have we learned our lesson?

[Ben Beasley @benbeasley]

@MeganMcCubbin @ChrisGPackham Chris and Megan’s insights and humour have been a “highlight” of lockdown for me. They have helped thousands of us to cope whilst educating and shining a spotlight on what really matters. Thanks Batman and Robin! Don’t stop now.
