Day 22 with no NBN from @Exetel / @NBN_Australia. Exetel texted me yesterday to say it’s fixed. But it isn’t!
Again no progress on the complaint I filed on Tuesday - it was mean to be 2 days! Why no updates??
Tried a number of things including reboots etc. On Tuesday I was told by @exetel it was “complicated and we can’t provide a time to fix and will get back to you in 48 hours”. No one got back to me. I have to keep chasing this and no longer have patience for this 2/3
With the utter lack of progress I filed a complaint with @exetel on Tuesday - was told it would be 24/48 hours and someone would contact me. Checked with them late yesterday, no-one has been allocated to my case yet! This is really poor - on top of everything else!! 3/3
On Friday 8th my HFC NBN stopped working. It’s now 21 days and not fixed despite 12 calls to @exetel & 3 @NBN_Australia (and 2 no shows). Totally frustrating. Exetel has had no urgency to fix and has poor processes that have led to continual delays. 1/3
@exetel the NBN is still out in Epping NSW. I called on Friday morning - have not received any updates as to an ETA for restoration. Should be getting at least daily updates on this unplanned outage.
@NBN_Australia The HFC NBN has been out in Epping NSW for several days following the storms/blackout. Power has been restored in this area for 2 full days now. What is the ETA for restoration and why can’t you provide an ETA on your website outage page?
Today marks the end of an era. Sadly, we've been forced to pull Twitterrific from both the iOS and Mac App Stores.
Twitter’s unexplained revocation of our API access has left the app with no path forward. Please read our blog for more information🖖 https://t.co/UZSdmqZtMD
As Elon tweets about transparency, developers and users of @tweetbot, @Twitterrific, and @echofon sit waiting 24 hours later with no word from @Twitter as to why APIs allowing third party apps stopped working.
So much for transparency.
"It's clear what can be done to control COVID, and it's not restrictive. Higher vaccination coverage, investment in clean air, high-quality mask wearing and widely available testing are the tools we have available," write @CrabbBrendan and @profmiketoole https://t.co/6AiL38DufH
Always love these no-nonsense explainers from @BBCRosAtkins. Thrilled that my former @TheFeedSBS colleague @ellynduncan_ is part of the team putting these together.
