@Aella_Girl Found a solution in a few hrs others couldn't see for several weeks.

Level up was to actually attribute it to my skills and strengths, not downplay and say "nothing special, anybody could have done it", even if it felt trivial to me in retrospect.

@Malcolm_Ocean My eyes opened after I quit coffee, felt great, better that I had hoped for, then tried caffeine pills (with taurine), and it wasn't even comparable.

Coffee did nothing, except fog my mind and clear my belly.

Pure caffeine was clarity on demand.

Rejiggered my worldview.
