@rosscojmill We’ve needed starter yards for years. Rent a few boxes at training centres like they do worldwide! Towcester for example brand new stable yard unused. If you put a 6 furlong all weather in from the bottom of that hill you could have 6/7 trainers there with their overheads reduced
@rosscojmill Unless you’re training high numbers of horses, the cost of suppliers, vets, good staff and their accommodation, add renting your facilities to the monthly bill versus what there is to be earned in return is simply unsustainable.

@jkeene124 Racing doesn’t need another AW track. Too much of the stuff already. ONLY way AW track makes money is by volume. Most meetings, drawing tiny crowds, are often elongated by needless division of races. Hiding behind the myth “any race is good for racing plc” - the sport is dying.
