Flight was cancelled 15 March and refund was confirmed via email from Refunds Department on 15 April. Still no refund come through to card so I have queried with American Express... Virgin have lost us as loyal and big customers

I had an email from the refunds team to say that my refund should have reached us and still nothing come through!
