@BlackSalander The thing I tell all my clients is start slow with the most basics. Make sure your drinking enough water and everytime you eat anything make sure it has protein even if it’s 1-2 grams. Then over time you slowly cut out bad foods. Jumping right to 100% strict never sticks.
@DelusionPosting@AsgardRageGod I generally agree with the it’s none of your business, but it doesn’t make the other things true. If people aren’t doing criminal things let them live how they want it’s not your life. And I’m saying this as a nutritionist and personal trainer.
@ClaireMax Get some Climb On it’s the best salve I’ve used to help with rips. Used to use it all the time when I was climbing. Now I still use it if I have cracks or rips from barbell or pull up bar work.
@lincodega My group that I DM switched from DnD about a year ago cause we wanted a change, we’ve played 3 or 4 other systems so far just cause it has been fun to learn and mess around with new systems. People shouldn’t be scared to learn new things, it’s fun
@ClaireMax It’s a fault of social media I think. We are so used to seeing the 1% of the 1% that it gets in our heads. But don’t let that over shadow how empowering your progress and strength is to so many people!
