@potterybarn When did you guys start selling non-PB furniture at nearly 100% markup for what's on Wayfair? I bought a vanity on Wayfair, returned it because it was cheap. Then found what I thought was a similar style vanity on PB (obviously more expensive b/c of PB quality).

@onepeloton shame on you for telling customers the local warehouse where my bike+ order is sitting is shutdown because of a Covid outbreak. The truth is after speaking with the warehouse is the bike+ shipment hasn’t even arrived. Why not be honest w/ customers? @keylargofoley
@onepeloton is really struggling to create a delivery experience that is comparable to their workouts. Ordered a Bike+ in October - THREE deliveries rescheduled the evening before the bike was supposed to arrive. No real answers, just 1-2 week push backs, and unkept promises.
