@rachelburden @bbc5live Having worked in local authority and NHS, it seems to me that the NHS could be a lot more efficient and make much, much better use of technology for non clinical activities (such as appointment bookings). We also need an honest debate about the 'medicalisation of old age'.

@BBCBreaking @bbc5live As a Jewish man in his 50s, I was used to name calling etc in the 70s. Language matters...and this government's language of blame and division is making me increasingly fearful. I thank Gary linaker and others for calling out the government's use of language.
