Yesterday we spent the day at @corpusleeds leading their retreat day for year 7s, we prayed together and looked at the first youth alpha session. What a privilege to spend a day with these students. @CatholicCorpus

Incredible evening praying with youth and children's workers from across the city at the @teamLFIS HQ. So exciting to see a shared sense of something shifting in the city. Here's to all God will do.

Last year we launched the Otley youth drop-in at Otley Bridge Church on a Tuesday, offering a safe place for local teenagers to hang-out after school. We've had plenty of regulars returning after the summer break and lots of new faces, too! For more info contact [email protected]

At Abbey Grange last week we spent some time praying for the Queen, the King and the Royal family as well as all people grieving. It wonderful to see how heartfelt the year seven prayers were.

Youth sessions are a great opportunity to engage with children and young people. Providing a safe space for them is one of key aims. Our sessions are led by passionate volunteers who give up their time to help us. It’s been another busy week with lots of activities taking place.

6 years ago on this day we opened our building doors for the first time to the community and young people. This was a second hand building due for demolition. Through a collaborative effort involving hundreds of volunteers gifting thousands of hours we created something magical.
