@AmericanAir Just asked the first class steward for club soda; brings it to me and says nothing. I take the first sip and it tastes like watermelon. I start freaking out, as I’m deathly allergic to watermelon, and ask him in a panic: “What’s in this?”
@AmericanAir To be made to feel like I’m the bad guy, after your steward nearly induced a medical emergency. For an airline who professes to focus on customer safety, it shows a jaw-dropping insensitivity to health and safety issues.
@AmericanAir If you don’t want to deal with customers in a panic, maybe don’t serve them something that can kill them, without telling them… Literally never had a worse flight customer experience, in over 1m miles flown.
