“What are your weaknesses?”
Never walk in with a list.
A better answer:
“One area I am improving is X. I identified it during Y, and I am working on it through Z.”
The goal is not to hide weakness.
The goal is to show self awareness, control and improvement.

“Why do you think you deserve this salary?”
Don’t say:
“That’s the market rate.”
Say:
“This role needs someone who can solve X, deliver Y, and reduce Z. My experience shows I can do that with less ramp up time.”
Salary negotiation is not about asking more.
