Has anyone else been ripped off booking a rental car through @AlaskaAir and @CarTrawler ? Flight was an hour late, they were out of cars and refused a refund. I booked through @AlaskaAir to make sure we didn't get ripped off on our first Mexico trip but man was I wrong. BEWARE!
