THIS DEVELOPER RAN THE LARGEST AI MODEL IN THE WORLD ON 5 MAC STUDIOS - AND IT COST 100X LESS THAN WHAT OPENAI USES
27:47 he says it after hours of setup - Llama 3.1 405B running locally on five Mac Studios - a model that normally requires 42 GPUs at $1,600 each or an entire data center
320GB unified memory combined - every Mac Studio adds its 64GB into one shared pool - and a model that needs 1TB of VRAM just distributes across all five
it launched, it responded and not a single token went to OpenAI or Google - everything local, everything private, everything yours and 100x cheaper
5 Mac Studios, 46 watts for all of them in idle - less than one light bulb per machine
what OpenAI keeps behind a subscription he ran at home with a one-time purchase in a few clicks
Sometimes you just need a dose of fresh inspiration but your agent doesn't get the vibe.
The creative-ideation skill analyzes your prompt and routes it through one of 22 creative methodologies from artists and thinkers to find the perfect balance of feasibility and creativity.
Claude just became a craacked video game designer.
With the launch of Unreal Engine's MCP server last week, you can now build entire video games just by talking to Claude.
I spent the past few days building with it, and I'm telling you, this is going to forever change how video games get made and who gets to make them.
In this video I show you exactly how to set up the Unreal Engine MCP yourself and run through three demos: building a full playable city, cloning a real city from Google Earth, and creating custom buildings in Blender.
Here's the agent harness I mention too: https://t.co/mos9EwnZ2h
Intro
What I built in a few hours
Setting up the Unreal MCP server
Fixing the port 8000 connection issue
The agent harness that avoids the pitfalls
Demo 1: Building a city with City Sample
Demo 2: Cloning a real city from Google Earth with Cesium
Demo 3: Custom buildings with Blender headless

This week Hermes Agent had its biggest update ever
It's now by far the most powerful AI agent out there
In this video I cover ALL the new features, how to implement them, and how to use them
Your entire workflow is about to be 10x more streamlined:
Upscaling AI videos after they are generated is usually disappointing. Most tools just sharpen the edges and add artificial noise to fake higher resolution.
ByteDance has now added native 4K output directly to Seedance 2.0, and it's incredibly sharp and detailed.

Today we're launching Goose Ads in Claude.
This is a skill /goose-ads that lets anyone make high-performing ad creatives directly in Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, or Codex.
Here's how it works:
1. Install the skill: npx gooseworks install --all
2. Run this prompt:
/goose-ads create ads for my brand <brand-website>
3. (Optional) Pick templates you like on the platform
The skill finds top-performing ads that companies are already spending $ on and generates creatives for your brand.
It also ensures that generated creatives are accurate to your brand's messaging, logo, assets, etc.
It's that easy.
But this is just the start.
We have created a library with 100+ open-source skills for growth that some of the fastest growing startups in the world are using every day to run ads, content, competitor research, gtm, seo and more.
Comment Goose and I'll DM you the full open-source skill library.
I think this will become a new game for SMB (small/middle businesses) to create content
Easy to one shot a good video
Easy to edit right there
Easy to tweak with Director agent
Ideas are becoming the value
Tools are already there
Hermes can now LEARN from any source or set of sources, build a skill, test it live, and crystallize new learnings.
Just run /learn and pass it sources, past sessions, URLs, docs, whatever you think will help it learn, and it'll go from 0 to 1 to create you a skill!
I genuinely don't understand why everyone isn't using this yet.
Andrej Karpathy, OpenAI co-founder, posted a simple idea that went massively viral:
Stop using AI to write code.
Use it to build a second brain.
You point Claude Code at a folder. Drop in any source: an article, a transcript, a PDF.
Claude reads it, links it, files it into a living wiki of everything you know.
It compounds like interest. The more you feed it, the smarter it gets.
Here's the whole thing:
1) Install Obsidian
2) Create a vault
3) Open it in Claude Code
4) Paste Karpathy's wiki idea and tell Claude to build it
5) Claude makes three folders:
- raw (for sources)
- wiki (for its pages)
- CLAUDE. md (that runs it)
6) Drop any source into raw and say: "ingest this"
7) Ask questions across everything, forever
Five minutes to set up and you never start from a blank chat again.

Pewdiepie reveals how to break free from the algorithm
“A lot of this is going to sound crazy but you’ve gotta hear me out, it’s a step by step process. I’m not saying you should do all of it but you should try some of it”
“Step 1 is creating friction. I put all social media and attention hungry apps in a second profile and I can’t understate how much this changed my life. Those 5-6 seconds it takes to switch profiles stops me every time and makes me think, is this what I want to be doing?”
“The second thing I did was self hosting. The effect that had on me is I’m not the product anymore. The things I use are mine and because they’re not free, I’m not paying with my privacy. I think the main difference is ads and news don’t reach me”
“Next thing I did was disable Shorts, I like YouTube but I hate how Shorts is everywhere I can’t escape it”
“Then I unfollowed everyone. You don’t have to do this, this is definitely a me thing, I just got really fed up”
“Next, get a DNS blocker. You can remove ads completely, most of it won’t even reach your device”
“I think you owe it to yourself to take some time today and start building your tech fence”
“These tech companies don’t care about you, so you’ve got to care about yourself. The cheat code is building some friction and filtering out the noise, that’s your defence and your cure”
APPLE JUST SHOWED HOW TO RUN 10 AI AGENTS LOCALLY ON MAC - NO CLOUD, NO API KEYS, ZERO COSTS
00:10 Apple engineer says: "your data stays on your device, AI available anywhere at any time, zero usage costs"
agent reads your code, checks GitHub, finds what needs attention and writes a report - all on your Mac, nothing goes to the internet
10 agents work simultaneously - one writes code, another tests, third fixes bugs - parallel with no queue
built a full iPad app from scratch in 2 minutes, fixed its own mistakes and compiled without issues
takes 5 minutes to set up - and you never pay again for a bot that runs 24/7
Introducing Claude Tag, a new way for teams to work with Claude.
In Slack, Claude joins as a team member with access to the channels and tools you choose. Tag Claude in and delegate tasks to it while you focus on other work.
I'm blown away.
This AI filmmaking workflow for precise camera control, multiple characters, and dialogue is insane:
1. Generate a start frame in Midjourney
2. Match the poses in Blender, animate the camera
3. Feed both to Seedance
I didn't think this would work. Two consistent characters, solid performances, the move tracked perfectly through the entire beat.
Even the soup looks great.
I’m blown away by how easy this was.
I asked Hermes to install Computer Use, control my machine remotely, take a screenshot, and send it back to me.
And it just worked.
No setup nightmare.
No fighting configs.
No stealing my cursor.
Just my agent using the computer while I’m away.
