This is a topic that we must embrace as we approach year 2024.

First & foremost, I must say a big thank you to TOMS Family for chosen me as one of the end of the year lucky winners of 2023. May the Almighty God bless you all, Amen 🙏

What is forgiveness?

Forgiveness is the act of pardoning someone for a perceived offense, mistake, or wrongdoing. It involves letting go of negative emotions such as resentment and releasing the desire for retaliation.

Types of forgiveness include:

1. Emotional Forgiveness: Letting go of negative emotions and resentment.

2. Decisional Forgiveness: Making a conscious choice to forgive, even if the emotional aspect is still in progress.

3. Religious or Spiritual Forgiveness: Rooted in religious or spiritual beliefs, often involving seeking divine guidance for forgiveness.

4. Self-Forgiveness: Accepting and pardoning oneself for personal mistakes or shortcomings.

5. Interpersonal Forgiveness: Rebuilding relationships and restoring trust after an offense.

Forgiveness can be a complex and personal process, varying in depth and significance based on individual experiences and circumstances.

However, both resolution and forgiveness plays a dominant roles in our lives. We must forgive and forget.
