Today, Progmat announced the launch of the Tokenized JGB / On-Chain Repo Working Group under DCC.

Secured Finance AG is participating in the Working Group in the lending-protocol category.

For us, this is not simply about putting government bonds on-chain. The opportunity is to design protocol technology for institutional secured financing markets.

Tokenized JGBs can provide a high-quality collateral leg. Stablecoins can provide a digital cash leg. Lending protocols can provide the transaction lifecycle layer, including collateral posting, mark-to-market, settlement, and release.

Institutional repo is not just a loan. It involves collateral, pricing, settlement, legal documentation, risk controls, and lifecycle events. The protocol layer must be able to reflect that reality.

Secured Finance will contribute protocol-level expertise in on-chain lending, collateral management, transaction lifecycle design, and market structure.

We are not disclosing non-public PoC details at this stage. Our focus today is to support the Working Group and contribute to the development of institutional on-chain secured financing.

Secured Finance announces the schedule for the opening of the new maturity orderbook in its Fixed-Rate Lending Protocol. 📢

• June 19, 0:00 UTC: Pre-open order acceptance begins
• June 25, 23:00 UTC: Pre-open order acceptance ends
• June 26, 0:00 UTC: The opening price will be determined through Itayose, and trading will begin on the new maturity orderbook

Please note that, in connection with the opening of the new maturity orderbook, the existing nearest maturity orderbook will close, and positions in that orderbook will be Auto-Rolled. 📌

The current phase of Secured Finance Points (SFP) will end after April 30, 2026, UTC.

Points earned through SFP v1 and v2 will not become invalid. All points earned to date will continue to be retained.

Details regarding whether SFP v3 will be held, the tokenomics, and the timing of the TGE have not been finalized at this time. We will share further updates through our official channels once the details are confirmed. Please stay tuned for future updates.

• The specifications of our public x402 facilitator are being adjusted, and work is underway in parallel to build the demo site and prepare the documentation.

To share this milestone widely, we hosted a JPYC-focused joint AMA and responded to interviews from Japanese media. In parallel, we made steady progress on foundations for the next phase, including operational verification of the USDFC Vault UI and strengthening the x402 development workflow.
