@TheAtlantic @conor64 Nope. Smoking is not an individual's habit but society's burden. Healthcare and economic opportunity costs from smoking are enormous. Banning smoking doesn't ban nicotine, just one way of consumption. Popular consent has no place for US-libertarianism and your contrarian take.
