@alicemuwu I’ve always found the postal vote unreliable for overseas voters so am lucky enough to have a proxy in my constituency. I’m flying back to UK Saturday night if it arrives and you want it dropped in UK post.
@IrlEmbUganda hello, I’m an Irish citizen about to travel to Uganda (arriving at Entebbe) please can you confirm I do not need to arrange a visa in advance?
@British_Airways This shows a fundamental disconnect with reality by @British_Airways. The cost of replacing bags is more dollars than they will cover and sentimental items are priceless. Just a cheap throwaway attitude
It really demonstrates how screwed @British_Airways is when the only replies you get to customer enquires are from scammers. What is the point in a twitter account if @British_Airways can’t be bothered to staff it
Hello @British_Airways it’s 24 hours without bags now. No update to your tracker since I reported it. When do we get to speak to someone about @British_Airways returning our property or do you treat it like finders, keepers?
@British_Airways I would add that you left 80 bags behind in LHR according to your crew. Your 3 captains on the flight, who no doubt knew when we left, hid from customers on arrival.
@British_Airways when will BA27 (yes the one with the water leak, broken entertainment, broken fridges and 2.5 hour delay) get the bags your forgot to load delivered?
@British_Airways I have checked the lost bag system. Jardines (your ground agent) was able to see they were in London but your system says they are lost and you can’t find them. You need to tell people which flight you are putting them on. Cabin crew said it was 80 bags. It can’t be that hard.
@British_Airways Thank you but it would be nice if BA could talk to customers because all passengers are missing bags and your staff were completely absent on arrival in Hong Kong. Which flight will they be coming on?
The fact that @British_Airways doesn’t monitor replies to an email address called [email protected] really says everything you need to know about them.
@tom989aha@Transit_Jam I think the HK Highway Code is quite clear, drivers should yield to pedestrians at Zebra Crossings and stop at red lights. These rules, sadly, are often ignored. I do agree with you that enforcement is required and heavy fines should be enforced as a deterrent.
