@erinedmison Prop 1 seems like it will neuter the redistricting commission. I think that’s bad for state legislative map (incumbents will protect their turf), but good for Congressional map (a Dem gerrymander to counterbalance GOP gerrymanders in other states). On balance I’d vote Yes.
