Q: "It's not just Trump, we also heard from Elon Musk saying Zelenskyy has gone too far. Why are they blaming you for the continuation of this war?"
Zelenskyy: "Because these people can't find a key to how to stop Putin. Because it's more difficult to stop Putin than to pressure others..."
The key to stopping Putin has always been the same: Russia’s ability to wage war must be destroyed, both economically and militarily. Right now, the US is doing the exact opposite.
Zelenskyy: "It’s simpler to talk about prices and connect them to Ukraine, when everyone in the world understands that prices are rising because of the war in the Middle East and the blocking of the Strait of Hormuz.
If we want to speak with people fairly, if we want to be clear, if we want to speak with our nations openly, people have to hear the reality. Don’t play games with people."
Because Ukraine is in a vulnerable position, it is an easy scapegoat for everything.
We are under attack and depend on our partners for support. We are forced to perform true miracles of patience and diplomacy. But blaming Ukraine didn’t work for Orbán in Hungary, and it won’t work for Trump in the US.
Dear Americans,
I am a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and I want to tell you something.
Freedom is not measured in dollars. Freedom is not measured by the price of diesel in your car’s tank.
Freedom is measured by a nation’s willingness to fight for its country, its people, and its right to exist.
We Ukrainians know the price of freedom. We pay it in blood. Every single day.
We will continue striking Russian military targets. We will continue fighting Russian invaders on land, at sea, and in the sky. In Ukraine and wherever Russia wages its war against us.
Because we are not fighting for money, oil, or comfort.
We are fighting for our homeland. For our future. For our FREEDOM.
And we will never surrender it.
Claude Malhuret Was Right about Trump.
On Friday, at Trump's direction, the US Treasury issued a license waving Russian diesel back onto the world market, days after Russia killed dozens of Ukrainians, many of them children. It seems a good moment to revisit the speech in which a French senator told us exactly who these people were.
Claude Malhuret took the floor of the Luxembourg Palace and delivered what may be the most surgical dismantling of the Trump administration ever spoken in a legislative chamber. There were no diplomatic niceties, only a point-by-point indictment from an ally who had clearly had enough.
"A year ago, here in France, I compared Trump's presidency to Nero's Court. I was wrong. It's the Court of Miracles. An anti-vaxxer, former heroin addict as Minister of Health," he began, meaning RFK Jr.
Then came the rest of the cabinet: "A climate-skeptic Minister of Economy. An alcoholic TV host, Minister of the Armed Forces. An old Qatar agent, Minister of Justice. A groupie of Putin, Minister of National Security." That would be Scott Bessent, Pete Hegseth, Pam Bondi and Tulsi Gabbard.
"A Turkish proverb says: when a clown settles in a palace, he does not become king, it is the palace that becomes a circus."
The circus has been busy. Trump came off a phone call with Putin and announced on Truth Social that Russia would send millions of tons of diesel to the world market, promising in capital letters that prices "will be COMING DOWN, IN RECORD NUMBERS, AND FAST!"
Bessent's Treasury promptly made it legal, barely a month after Trump signed a sweeping Russia sanctions law, as NPR points out.
The motive is not hard to find. Diesel prices in America have doubled since the war with Iran began in February and the midterms are weeks away, so the man who set the fuel market on fire is now buying the extinguisher from Vladimir Putin and sending the bill to Ukraine.
According to Axios, Kyiv was blindsided while Witkoff and Kushner were sitting with Ukrainian officials to discuss ending the war, and an analyst told the outlet the volumes are too small to fix the shortage anyway.
So Putin gets revenue and respectability, Americans may or may not get cheaper diesel, and Ukrainians get more missiles. Zelensky called it weakness from partners who are supposed to be strong, which is the polite version. Malhuret gave us the impolite one long ago, and he has been proved right down to the last clown.
Watch the speech and share it loudly.

“Don’t believe in illusions or miracles. Rely on our own strength and on each other — only this way can we preserve our statehood and our Motherland.”

The horrific reality of life in Ukraine.
This man escaped just ONE SECOND before a russian drone struck a kindergarten in the Kyiv region.
One second between life and death. An ordinary day in Ukraine.

She and her mother were thrown from their fourth-floor apartment and buried under the rubble. Her father was killed in the Russian strike.
The death toll from a Russian glide bomb strike on two minibuses in Kramatorsk has risen to 33, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service (DSNS) reported on Oct. 8.
At least 18 others were injured in the attack, which set both vehicles ablaze, according to Donetsk Oblast Governor Vadym Filashkin and emergency responders.
President Volodymyr Zelensky warned the death toll may increase further as doctors fight to save critical victims, adding that two of the deceased have not yet been identified due to the severity of their injuries.
“This strike will not go without our response. Russia is trying to destroy all life in Donbas, and the world needs to react to this,” Zelensky said.

President Zelenskyy’s comment on US Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s remarks that the war in Ukraine is at a "strategic stalemate" and that there are now "no prospects for a negotiated settlement":
"You cannot negotiate future economic projects with Russians on the one hand and, on the other, claim that we are in some kind of diplomatic stalemate. We are not in a diplomatic stalemate.
Shut down Russia’s entire economy. Shut Russia's mouth. Stop feeding them through your sales. Impose sanctions on their weapons.
Open Starlink for Ukraine. You opened it when responding to Iran, after all. Everything worked there. Israel completely controlled the skies over Iran. So when you need it to work, it works.
It costs them nothing to help Ukraine. And I said quite frankly: help us protect our skies and gain dominance there.
Then Putin will sit down at the negotiating table. Why? Because he will lose everything. In two or three months, he will lose everything.
And instead, we are waiting for the Chinese to develop an equivalent and hand it over to Russians.
This is not a stalemate - this is called a lack of will."
There are two things that are INSANE about this video.
1. Not one journalists fact checked him. Not one.
They let him lie and they broadcast it with no fact checking, NOT EVEN A QUESTION.
2. Trump is delusional and insane imo.
Trump: "Today is Vladimir Putin's birthday. I'm sure you're going to celebrate it. Are you going to celebrate his birthday? I have a call set up."
What the hell is wrong with you?! Celebrate? You sure? The birthday of a butcher responsible for murdering 25 people in Ukraine today? Who struck an apartment building at 6 in the morning, wiping out entire families, including 5 small kids ON HIS BIRTHDAY!?
You're sure you want to celebrate such a person instead of maybe mourning his victims? And they laughed in response. They fucking laughed! What the fuck is wrong with these people???
Putin launches terrorist attacks against Ukrainian civilians every day, but all Trump envoys seem focused on is how to make money by working with this barbaric tyrant. The indifference to Putin's atrocities in the pursuit of oil deals is deeply disturbing to me, and I'll bet it is to a lot of Americans. What are your thoughts?
Ukraine is amazing! Responsible for the depletion of US stockpiles of weapons that were never sent to Ukraine and for the price of diesel that was stable throughout months Ukrainian attacks on Russian refineries, and only spiked when Trump attack attacked Iran.
President Zelenskyy:
Vivaldi is a very successful operation. It is not over yet. As of today, ~125-140 square kilometers have been liberated.
It is important that the number of Russian troops killed and wounded has increased over the past two to three months. Since the beginning of the year, their losses had amounted to 30,000-32,000 personnel per month: 21,000-22,000 killed, with the rest seriously wounded. Now, their monthly losses are around 42,000.
