Honestly I think It's better than many templates already on the marketplace. But l think they've made it harder lately compared to the beginning when they needed to fill it up fast with a wide offering.
I'd focus on these things and then giving it another go:
– Reduce amount of text styles (sizes) overall
– Improve legibility of some of the smaller font sizes by bumping them up a bit and/or giving them better contrast
– Add some micro-interactions here and there to make it more fun
– The eyebrow in each section look like your buttons. But they are not clickable. I would change their appearance or change the appearance of your buttons, to make it clear what's a button and what's not.
– Maybe try a more unique heading font than Inter?
– The about section after the hero on the homepage needs improved spacing and hierarchy. It also feels like something is missing there.
– The Treatments section on the homepage feels less finished than the others sections, and the grid of cards structure feels a bit repetitive, especially once you scroll down to the Teams section and are presented with another card grid, can you do something different there perhaps?
Hopefully this helps. Good luck!

– No response yet from @framer about my template rejection feedback last week.
– Started a redesign of my website in the meantime, improving the positioning, featuring concrete results and it's also in English!
@bicky_grg@Matthias_Oel@framer That's great. Congrats! Have you experienced getting the same feedback word-for-word several times despite making big changes in line with the feedback, without further explanation from them?
@ituadesign@iumarmirza@framer I’ve heard this from many, and I wish that was true. I got the same cookie-cutter feedback points twice despite enormous changes. So I replied, with several follow-ups without any response back. It’s been months now.. not sustainable to continue iterating without proper feedback
Ouch, yeah that's quite the challenge. Perhaps reach out for their image banks? There's usually a good press email for such inquiries, and once you gain access you'll be able to grab any product images in hires and there's usually transparent versions too. If you're working with a reseller of their equipment your client may already have login credentials!
@hybrid_alex I see, yeah that's a tricky picture with almost white on white. Kinda hard for automatic tools to figure out where to draw the line. Is it this specific color/model of Moccamaster you need on transparent bg?
Hi Damian, I followed your advice here about replying to the rejection message, but it's been close to 2 weeks now without hearing back.
I'd love some more detailed feedback that can help me understand what's still not up to par (I got the same boilerplate rejection message twice, even with big changes to the template).
Template name: Kalk
Can you look into this? Thanks!

My restaurant template Kalk was rejected again, with the exact same feedback, despite making major changes taking weeks. I have replied to the rejection asking nicely for more detailed feedback, and we'll see where that takes us... honestly finding it weird.
I'm going to try listing it on other marketplaces too but I really need to get to the bottom with this rejection cycle first.
I shared my @framer marketplace rejection and asked the community for help. I got many great suggestions, and the template really has improved. Now it's resubmitted! Here’s a quick before/after:
Some of the changes I made:
– Increased whitespace, letting everything breathe.
– Improved contrast between Text Styles, now there’s a bigger difference between headings, subheadings and paragraphs.
– Decreased amount of Text Styles, going from 12 to 6. And 3 fonts to 2. Gambetta for headings and Uncut Sans for everything else. Also using the same Body style for buttons and navigation.
– Removed all caps headings and buttons for better readability.
– Clarified each sections purpose and unified their styling, leading to a better hierarchy overall.
– Remade the whole hero section, removing some of the brutalist vibes and went for a more classic lockup with a clear CTA + secondary button.
– Speaking of buttons I left the 12px radius behind and went for a more classic pill shape and replaced the Inter arrow with a svg arrow.
– Removed all eyebrows except for the reservation form, since they didn’t really add anything.
– I also had a chance to further improve the booking form.
– Improved wording and navigation to be more generic and suitable for all kinds of venues, not just upscale seafood joints, leading to a faster potential launch for customers.
