Good column by Douglas Murray in the Spectator about Defra saying the countryside was ‘too white’ He writes; “ In what situation is it acceptable to say that an area in Britain is ‘too black’?
“ Or would it be acceptable to go to a country in Africa and return saying that, all things considered, the place needs rather more white people if it going to be an acceptable, indeed desirable destination.”
He notes that three years the BBC ran a piece suggesting there weren’t enough Muslims hiking in the Peak District.
