So, @Qantas, I eventually discovered it takes the lodging of a NSW Fair Trading dispute to make any traction…and still a further ~4 wks before the $ will be back. 4 mths total. Almost complete immunity to customer service (best) practices, it seems.

@Qantas still not refunded my cancelled $1700 flights from early Sept (6EFWOD), despite promising (a shockingly tardy) 8 wk refund processing time (which lapsed a fortnight ago). #criminal tbh

@krgcouncil Hi. As per the tag, this is on The Comenarra Parkway, just south (~500 m) of the Fox Valley shops. It’s a disgrace that trees hundreds of years old can be indiscriminately eliminated within minutes while a few metres away, I have almost 60 conditions, many ludicrous, on my DA.

It’s not a matter of increased demand as the curt lady on the phone tried to tell me before cutting me off and sending me off to spend a further 15 mins on hold, it’s just about the order in which you do things!

@NSWHealth instead of, having confirmed my eligibility, making me spend 10 mins filling in my details and then tell me there are no appointments available, why not do it the other way around?
