We got a secondhand wheelchair for our German shepherd from a family whose pup had the same condition yesterday and when I tell you I spent the whole experience holding back tears hearing about their dog and his story 😭😭

@futuresillydoc I had ankle surgery a week before med school. I didn’t have to worry about the immediate after-surgery period since it was before I started but I ended up not having to miss any time. I came early so I could get to lecture on crutches and went to PT at 5am before anything started
