The will of Iran’s slain Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was destroyed in a fire at his residence, a member of the Islamic Republic’s Assembly of Experts has said. Saeed Solh-Mirzaei said the residence burned from 9:30am until sunset and took firefighters seven to eight hours to extinguish, with no one able to get near the building. He said the will had been kept there, and that a close associate told him the computer holding a scanned copy was also destroyed. Iranian rebels assassinated a women's Basij commander and a police officer in a single strike that stunned the regime in its most restive province.

Days earlier, a deputy law enforcement commander was killed by a roadside bomb in the same region. In total, at least 63 armed incidents have been recorded across Iran's southeastern provinces since March, with 18 attacks in just the final 18 days of the reporting period alone.

One Iran expert told Fox News Digital the armed groups "can seriously weaken the regime's control" even if they cannot hold territory, while the question of whether Gulf Arab states, Israel or the U.S. would consider backing the fighters remains open.

Per @Liz_Friden The U.S. is sending the USS Theodore Roosevelt carrier strike group and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit to the Middle East, two U.S. officials confirm to Fox News. The ships will arrive in the Middle East by the end of November, the officials said. These new deployments will add about 10,000 Sailors and Marines to the Middle East.

The USS Roosevelt will be the third aircraft carrier in the Middle East, joining the USS George H.W. Bush which arrived to the region in April, and the USS George Washington which arrived in mid-August to replace the USS Abraham Lincoln. This will provide more options for the U.S. as President Trump is reportedly considering ramping up strikes on Iran after the Midterms. 

The USS Roosevelt departed its home port of San Diego on Sunday and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit deployed from San Diego on Monday along with the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group. The Marine Expeditionary Unit and Amphibious Ready Group typically include about 4,200 Marines and Sailors. The USS Roosevelt carrier strike group includes about 6,000 Sailors.

Egypt pledged to provide Saudi Arabia with “all necessary and possible forms of support” amid escalating attacks on the kingdom by Yemen’s Iran-backed Houthis, according to a statement from the Egyptian presidency on Sunday.

“Egypt will provide Saudi Arabia with all necessary and possible forms of support to defend its security and stability, protect its resources, territorial integrity and Islamic holy sites,” the presidency said.

The statement followed a meeting of Egypt’s National Defense Council chaired by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, which expressed “full support and complete solidarity” with Saudi Arabia and said Saudi national security was closely linked to Egyptian and Arab national security.

The council also called for intensified political and diplomatic efforts with regional and international parties to de-escalate tensions and seek peaceful solutions to regional crises.

سی‌ان‌ان گزارش داده آمریکا در نقشه‌های حملهٔ تازه به ایران، «مادرِ همهٔ بمب‌ها» را هم گذاشته است؛ آن هم برای کوه کلنگ، کنار نطنز.
فقط یک مشکل هست: این بمب حتی یک متر هم در سنگ فرو نمی‌رود.
پس چرا اسمش آمده؟ 🤔

📌 MOAB حدود ده تن وزن دارد و بالای زمین منفجر می‌شود. قارچ دودش تا حدود سه کیلومتر بالا می‌رود، شبیه انفجار اتمی. سطح را جارو می‌کند، اما به عمق نمی‌رسد.
📌 برادر ساکتش MOP است. مثل میخ ده‌ها متر در سنگ و بتن فرو می‌رود و آن پایین منفجر می‌شود. تیر ۱۴۰۴ چهارده‌تایش روی فردو و نطنز ریخته شد.
📌 اولین آزمایش MOAB نه روز پیش از حمله به عراق بود. رامسفلد گفت هدف این است که ارتش صدام انگیزهٔ جنگیدن نداشته باشد. این بمب از روز اول برای تماشاچی ساخته شد.
📌 جان آستین، فیلسوف بریتانیایی، می‌گفت بعضی جمله‌ها کاری انجام می‌دهند. حالا برعکسش را ببینید: بعضی بمب‌ها جمله می‌گویند. MOP کار می‌کند، MOAB حرف می‌زند.
📌 و تلخ‌ترین بخش: ایران شده میدان آزمایش. نطنز اولین جای دنیا بود که یک سلاح سایبری سانتریفیوژها را واقعاً خراب کرد. MOP اولین بار در جنگ روی خاک ما امتحان شد. و حالا شاید MOAB دومین میدانش را اینجا پیدا کند.
📌 حکومتی که سال‌ها لبنان و سوریه و یمن را آزمایشگاه موشک و پهپادش کرد، حالا می‌بیند آزمایشگاه به خانه برگشته است.
📌 هزینه‌اش را هم کشوری می‌دهد که آبش ورشکسته است و هوایش زمستان‌ها مدرسه‌ها را تعطیل می‌کند.

بمب می‌تواند با یک حکومت حرف بزند. اما جملهٔ آخر را آدم‌ها می‌گویند.

اگر MOAB یک جمله باشد، به نظر شما مخاطبش دقیقاً کیست؟ تهران؟ واشنگتن؟ یا کسی که هنوز اسمش را نبرده‌ایم؟
