So to answer your question as to this tech in particular it sounds like it's a "whichever is bad enough" scenario.

@acnewsitics I can see this creating an even situation where they do sell but it turns out like probation era sell offs. Back room deals to make profit. The cost to get the stuff there was tough enough. I doubt they will just let it sit. They will sell it at cost or 2 to 3x that amount.
