Last night I attended the launch of the “They’re still waiting” campaign from @AdoptionFocus

There are over 3000 children waiting to be adopted in England and not enough families available. Children can be waiting for more than two years. https://t.co/UkWDmmpk1l

Nobody should ever be attacked, but especially not for religion and the attacks today in Golders Green on two jewish men are reprehensible!

Great fireworks from @tivolicph to celebrate the start of 2026! Happy 2026.

Incredibly proud of the team ⁦@DartmoorZoo⁩ for creating the right environment for Leena and Freddo to bring our new cub into the zoo. https://t.co/CzvP3iaOuQ

@AdoptionFocus We urgently need to reduce the wait time for children to be adopted. With this campaign @AdoptionFocus is aiming to bring awareness and bring in more #families into the adoption process.

Happy Diwali!

Attacking a place of worship or anyone based on religion has no place in modern society. No attacks on synagogues or jewish people can be allowed to happen.

Dr Dame Jane Goodall was an inspiration to me and so many in the worlds of conservation and zoology. She changed the way in which the public viewed animal behavior and opened new conversations. As an ethicist she pushed boundaries and made change happen. @DartmoorZoo

If half your run is after midnight which day gets the credit?

[Benjamin James @benjaminj_law]

@Ben_Aaronovitch The BT Group Archives are likely to have the answer. A lot of information about telephone use since the late 19th Century.

[Benjamin James @benjaminj_law]

It’s unusual for me to take a photo before 7am, but jetlag and a a bad flight helped… A good start to the morning

[Benjamin James @benjaminj_law]

@DartmoorZoo Amazing work from the team! Well done.

First trick or treaters arrived. I was woefully unprepared! Now slightly better prepared. Glasses only and just for the adults.
