The Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE) was honoured to host the County Director of Education, Eunice Khaemba, alongside county education officials during a visit to the ongoing Huduma Mashinani Assessment Services at Homa Bay Primary School.
During the visit, the County Director had her granddaughter assessed and commended KISE for bringing professional assessment and support services closer to the community. She encouraged parents, guardians, and caregivers to take advantage of the remaining outreach sessions to ensure children with special needs receive timely assessment and appropriate intervention.

The forum reaffirmed KISE's commitment to ensuring every learner receives the support they need through effective assessment, provision, and utilization of assistive devices, paving the way for a more inclusive education system.
