It takes everyone a different amount of time to realize you're not the exception. You're the rule. And when you follow it, you become the exception.
Do so much volume it would be unreasonable for you to fail.
While much can be said about life balance, the pursuit of exceptional success inevitably requires moments of imbalance. Striving for balance is important, but paradoxically, even that pursuit may lead you through periods of necessary imbalance.
Kids are the most impressionable.
They want to infiltrate their minds early before they have enough experience of life, logic, and listening to refuse.
Why they target children? Because they want to propagate the future.
They cannot have kids so they need your kids.
When you have any idea that's so ridiculous, you need to aim it at children primarily which shows that your idea lacks logic. You can't aim it at adults.
There is a lot of competition in today’s ministries.
There is no need to castigate and bring down anybody because you want to rise.
You can’t pastor everybody.
There is no need to stop anybody from going somewhere else.
Maybe your ministry is over to them.
Maybe she/he sees something she/he needs that you do not have; and it’s completely normal.
People are loaded and packaged with different virtues.
The most important thing is that he/she makes to Heaven.
And the authority structure is,
“Do what I say because there are benefits for obedience and consequences for rebellion.”
You have to recognize your responsibilities to truly explain and articulate why this means so much to y'all, why this is so fundamental.
If you just told your kids what to believe without actually providing them the tools that they need to have the same conviction that you do then,
you didn't teach them what you believe.
What you taught them is an authority structure.
In the Kingdom of God, the community is more important. It's not I/me, it's always us/ourselves.
God says, “If you go to pray, do not pray for yourself.”
We are so individualistic even in the Body of Christ that we bought the kingdom of the world into the Body of Christ.
And we say, “Lord I need some money and I want You bless me, I want You heal me, I want to fix my children, I want to pay my children's tuition, I want food, I this, I that.”
But Christ says, “When you pray, pray like this: Our Father...” Bring everybody with you.
In the downtimes when you might be tempted to stray, you may need every bit of reinforcement against that straying accessible to you and one of those means of reinforcement is:
“You didn't just tell her. You told her and everyone else publicly that, ‘This was your decision.’”
Nowadays, marriages don't favor men. Why do I really need to sign a paper and a ceremony while my heart is already in?
Marriage is not only private. it's also the bedrock of society as such but also a Holy Institution.
The commitment to the social and legal part of your marriage is also important. There is a reason that since time and memorial, people stand in front of their community and make their vows.
Some had horrific awful parents. Parents that just failed, nearly as evil. But until you forgive your parents, it's literally like you are focused on them and your life veers towards them and the result is the scary part:
You become just like them.
